Hello Tuesday Friends! I thought I would share a card I made using the newest Gina K. Designs incentive stamp set - Coffee Therapy. You get this set for free when you spend $75 at her store. These incentive stamps change every two weeks, so don't delay if you want this one! I used a technique on the background of my card that I saw on Melanie Muenchinger's YouTube Channel. Click right here for the direct link. You see, this paper is one layer and it started out as white with black outlines and red berries. That's it - white, red, black. So I colored some of the grids with my Copic Markers. And on the grids I left with a white background, I colored in the leaves. Thank you Melanie for such a great idea! Click right here to see the grid stamp set I used. It is called Inspiration Mosaic and I can see SO MANY uses for it. Be sure to check out Melanie's other videos using this stamp set too! Have a wonderful day and I'll see you again tomorrow. Big Hugs, Susie
Hello Monday Friends! Here is a bright and cheerful card for you. All of my supplies are from Gina K. Designs. Do you love the colors? The butterflies are from the Made with Love stamp set. This is one of the two sets in the Made with Love StampTV kit. The sentiment is from the Massive Messages stamp set which was an incentive set and will be available for individual purchase in the next months.
Happy Sunday! Today's card is for our second grandchild. Izzy turned 9 earlier this week and we will see her today. This card will go with a cute little purple bag filled with the most adorable sundresses ever. I hope she will like them! Have a wonderful day and I'll see you again tomorrow. BIG hugs, Susie
Happy Saturday! I was at my local scrapbook store yesterday and I found another sheet of the Adorn It Art Play Printables. These are sheets of 12x12 water color paper with some of the cutest doodling designs you have ever seen. There are many to choose from, but I just love this one. I linked to it above. You can use most any coloring medium on this paper. I used Copics, which were a little hard to blend, but I've used water colors before and had great results too. I am linking this up over at Color Throwdown. I try never to miss a week. Here is the palette which is just plain beautiful:
You still have time to play along too. Click here for the link to participate in this week's challenge. Have a wonderful and creative day! See you again tomorrow. Susie
Happy Friday! My big brother turns 65 today, so this card is for him. Congrats on making it to the world of Social Security. I'm right behind you!! This card was made with all Gina K. Happy Wednesday! Who knew yellow and red could work for a valentine?? Do you like this
fun combination? Today's card features some Eyelet Outlet valentine bees! I did a
little wash of watercolor on my background and then made a colored and
die cut hive for my bees. There are three in total - one Bumblebee brad and two Mini Bee brads. Of course I needed to add a red Fancy Heart brad too!
Valentine's Day will be here soon! I hope you are getting ready.
Hello Tuesday Friends! It's been a long time since I shared any foiled projects with you. This one is just plain fun! In the latest Gina K. Designs StampTV Kit called Made with Love, Gina included some toner-printed images that were ready to be foiled. I made my card base first and then chose foil that would work well with the background colors. I chose a rainbow foil and WOW, just WOW. I love how it turned out. Have a wonderful Tuesday and I'll be back to see you again tomorrow. Susie

Happy Sunday! Here is another card I made with the newest StampTV kit called Made With Love. I love the idea of making so many different cards from one kit! I'll share more in the next week too. This image was so simple to color. I think I was able to do it in about ten minutes flat. Don't you love when that happens? Have a wonderful day and I'll see you again tomorrow - February 1st. Susie

Happy Thursday! And happy birthday to one of my dearest and absolutely funniest friend, Pammy. We go back a while and we know each other's secrets, so we have to stay friends forever. I wanted to showcase one of the beautiful new colors at Gina K. Designs. This blue is called Blue Lagoon. I double stamped two of the flowers to make the deep rich color you see. On my third flower, I stamped one time. This is fast becoming a favorite color for me! The stamps and card stock I used are part of the new StampTV Kit called Made With Love. Be sure to check it out because once you see it, you'll know you need it!! Happy Birthday Pammy! Have a great day everyone and I'll see you tomorrow. Susie
Happy Wednesday! Here is another card I made using the Gina K. Designs Made With Love StampTV Kit. The Applemint card stock just might become one of my favorites! I used the stencil included in the kit to emboss the paper. Swoon! I couldn't resist making a shaker card to showcase those little love birds on the branch. I colored them with Copic markers and I love how they lookso in love!
Have the greatest day ever and I'll see you again tomorrow! Susie
I am loving my time as guest designer for Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps! If you don't know about these stamps, you just MUST go take a look!
I used two different digi sets for my card. My main image - the cutie pie flowers are called Doodle Flowers and it is a digi stamp.. This was a very easy image to color. I'm sure it took less than 30 minutes!I totally enjoyed adding just a bit of shading to each flower.
My sentiment is the Sending Love digi stamp.. I love the font and I think you will too. I am a sucker for cute fonts!!
So that's it for me today. I think you could use this as a Valentine or just a friendship card. What do you think?
Be sure to check out all the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps digis. And while you're there, take a peek at the wonderful clear stamps too!

Of course we are focusing on the oh so beautiful and newest StampTV Kit which is called, Made with Love.
Here is what is included in the kit:
And there are three new inks available also. They are Lipstick, Applemint, and Blue Lagoon. I used the Lipstick ink and card stock on my background. I used all three colors on my tag, plus a little bit of the patterned paper as a tag topper. I stamped my sentiment in Black Onyx, then added a bow and just a few sequins to finish my design.
Are you ready for more awesome creations? Click the links below to see more from the illustrators and design team.
Just a quick post to show you a card I made for the Gina K. Designs release a few nights ago. If you aren't familiar with Gina K., hold onto your hat when you check out her site! She has amazing stamps, beautiful papers with matching inks, and lots of other supplies to help you make the beautiful cards you love to make.
The papers and the floral stamps I used are from Gina's new StampTV kit called, Made with Love. The large sentiment is from a set called Massive Messages. This is an incentive set. Just spend $75 and it will be included with your order. Score!!
There are also three new ink colors available. I've used two of them on this card. I am in love with that green!
I am still working on my 2014 book. Here is our sweet Caleb celebrating his fifth birthday. It's funny that I would be showing this, because today is the day he turns SEVEN! So yes, I'm a little behind....but I love seeing the older pictures as I work!
Happy birthday to Caleb and I'll see YOU tomorrow!
Here is my card for this week's Color Throwdown challenge I love the muted colors in this palette:
I wish you could tell that the scrolls and the circle on my card are foiled in pink. I just couldn't catch the light correctly to show you. The brand new Gina K. Designs StampTV Kit has four pages of printed elements ready to be foiled. This is just one of the motifs. Be sure to check out this kit. It is called Made with Love and it is FULL of gorgeous stamps and papers.
My little pink pig and the sentiment are from the Whole Herd stamp set from MFT Stamps. I keep pulling it out to use because it is just so darn cute!

Hello Wednesday Friends! How long does it take you to get all the Christmas presents distributed? We have such a large family now that we still aren't done. Someone is always out of town and won't be back in time for Christmas! I still have one closet shelf full of gifts (including these gift cards) waiting to be opened. But it's fun to extend Christmas!!! Thanks to my Silhouette Cameo, these gift tag holders were a cinch to make. A little printing, cutting and gluing and I was done! Have a wonderful day and I'll see you here tomorrow! Susie
Happy Tuesday! I am so honored to be a guest designer for Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps for the next few weeks. I used two different digi sets for my card. My jelly beans are from the Sweet as Candy set. Can you believe how adorable these images are?? They are perfect for coloring. For mine, I used Copic markers, but there are so many more mediums from which to choose.
My sentiment is from theCandy Sentiments 2 set. Can you even imagine how many valentines you could make with these sets? And the advantage to digi stamps is the ability to resize images and sentiments. I even broke my sentiments apart before printing.
I hope you like my valentine today. I had a blast making it and adding just a bit of bling to get it ready for sending to a sweet friend. Be sure to check out ALL the Valentine's Day digis over atSweet 'n Sassy Stamps. And while you're there, take a peek at the wonderful clear stamps too! You'll be happy you did!!!! See you tomorrow! Susie
Happy Sunday! I just wanted to show you the gift tag I made yesterday. Our eleventh grandchild is on her way and we attended her baby shower yesterday. The room was packed with people who love our son and daughter in law. It was wonderful to see so much love expressed to them. I knew I wanted to wrap our gift in some beautiful floral paper, so I made a tag to match and attached it with an embellished clothes pin. We are excited to meet Ava in March as you can imagine! Have a wonderful day and I'll see you again tomorrow. Susie
A few weeks ago the owner of Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps asked if I would be a guest on her blog for a few weeks this month. Of course I said YES!
Today Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps is releasing some new digi images and I hope you will go and take a look. The best part of digis for me is that I can resize them. This one is supersized and I love how it cut out so beautifully with my Silhouette Cameo.
I hope you like my sassy Valentine gum ball machine! Check out all the new images as well as the cute cards the design team is sharing. Click right here to go there now.
Happy Thursday! I hope you are having a great week. Today's card features a valentine gnome and some products from Eyelet Outlet. I used some bright Lawn Mushroom brads and also one Heart brad for the handle to my gnome's shovel. I couldn't resist using a little bling for my card so I grabbed some Clear Jewel Bling and added it to the top of the heart. My papers are from Gina K Designs and the stamp set is from MFT Stamps. Have a wonderful day and I'll see you right back here tomorrow. Susie
Today's card just plain makes me happy. I stamped my image on a
square of watercolor paper and used a marker to add the yellow touches.
I even added it to the black and white patterned paper! I am really
loving yellow and black lately!! My little Bumble Bee bradwas, without a doubt, the perfect addition to to this non-traditional valentine.
Be sure to check out the blog over at Eyelet Outlet. You will be seeing some lovely valentines and very soon, you will be seeing some new (and fantastic) products.
Happy Tuesday! I was sorting through my border dies when I found this XOXOXO die. I decided it needed some love. I used Distress inks to cover white card stock with various shades of reds and pinks and then die cut the XOXOXO borders. I love how it turned out. Then I made my little layered tag which is popped up from the background. A few hearts and a little bling and I was done! Have a fantastic day! Susie
Happy Monday! I was in the mood for a quick card today, so I started looking at things I had already colored or die cut. My little panda balloon was just sitting there waiting to go on a card and my HAPPY sentiment was already cut from white card stock. I just colored it black with a marker. I added a stamped BIRTHDAY and added black twine and some sequins and called it done. Have a great day and I'll see you tomorrow! Susie
