Many Thanks

Happy Wednesday!

Here is my card for the current Inspired by all the Little Things challenge.  I love all the sweet colors in this inspiration photo:

I used images from the Hummingbird Thanks stamp and die set from Pretty Pink Posh for the bird and the sentiment.  Coloring this hummingbird was so much fun!  I can't wait to do some other color variations.

I would love to see what you create if you decide to join in the challenge.  Until then, I'll see you tomorrow!

Flowers for You

Hello Tuesday Friends!

I have been busy getting ready for the next Gina K. Designs release party which starts at 7pm this Thursday at StampTV.  You won't want to miss it.  Gina has something revolutionary for you and you are going to LOVE it!

Until then, enjoy today's flowers which are from the current Hearts and Flowers StampTV kit.  I used Copic markers to color my image and I must say, I love the pink bouquet!

Have a marvelous day and I'll see you again tomorrow!

Believe in Magic

Happy Monday!

I am truly loving this January release stamp set from Gina K. Designs.  It is called Framescapes-Enchanted Forest.  I posted a tag I made with it yesterday and because it is just such a sweet set, today I am sharing a card using these stamps.

Here is a look at the set which has so many possibilities:

I used Distress Oxide inks for my background.  I also white heat embossed the images.  I just love the softness of this card!

I'll be back again tomorrow and I hope I'll see you then.

Here's a cute tag I made with the January Gina K. Designs release stamp set called, Framescapes-Enchanted Forest.  I think this tag would be perfect on a birthday gift. Don't you?

Here is a look at the set which has so many possibilities:

Today's post is short and sweet as I am super busy creating new projects for the next Gina K. Designs release party which will be this Thursday night.  I hope I'll see you there!

But for sure I'll be back tomorrow with more to share.

Where Creativity Meets C9 Challenge - Hello Friend

Happy Saturday!

Here is my card for the Where Creativity Meets C9 challenge today.  This month they want us to use water coloring.  I am NOT any sort of water colorist, but I can drag a water brush!

I used the Mosaic Turnabout stamp to make the background of my project.  Then I turned to the water coloring.  I added water colors behind the die cut white circle and then water colored the HELLO sentiment.  It was a major accomplishment for this non-water color girl!!

Have a great day and I'll see you again tomorrow!

Lawnfawnatics Challenge - Hope Your Birthday is Out of this World

Hello Friday Friends!

Today I'm sending my card over to challenge #22 at Lawn Fawnatics.  Here is the current graphic and the theme is Inky Fingers.

I used the Out of This World stamp set (and dies) from Lawn Fawn.  My fingers did get a bit inky while creating the blue background.  I love using stamp pads plus water to make backgrounds!  I need more practice, but I do like the way this one turned out.

You can play along too if you have time.  Be sure to check out the Lawn Fawnatics blog to see all the fun inspiration for this challenge.  They have some amazing designers and you will be inspired to make some wonderful cards.

Have a great day and I'll see you again tomorrow!

Color Throwdown #480 - Every Day

Happy Thursday!

Here is my card for this week's Color Throwdown challenge. And this is the lovely inspiration photo:

I used the beautiful Gina K. Designs Stately Flowers 12 to make my card today.  I am hoping the grey shadows make the floral image look more dimensional.  That was my plan anyway!

You can click right here for the link to participate if you would like to join in the fun at Color Throwdown.  Be sure to check out the blog to see all the fun inspiration they have shared with us.

See you again tomorrow!
